This was great quality for the price we payed! Very nice staff at the front desk, even when we checked in at 12:30 am. The breakfast had tasty options, and had good vegetarian options for my mom. The room was also very nice, and wasn’t crammed at all. A very nice experience over all, and would definitely recommend it for an affordable, last minute, one night stay!

I travel alot and seen many hotels. This was one of my worst experiences. The recently built building has very poor noise insulation. I tried three rooms, 2 had loud road noise and the last one had loud noise from upstairs walking and moving furniture. The room I ended up keeping had lots of hair on the sheets and tub. Their lotion broke me out in hives! Also, their beds arent just firm, theyre EXTREMELY firm, so if you arent into that type of bed you wont sleep well. i had to lay on top of the pillows. my phone had poor reception here too. but not when i left the hotel. its a shame because its a beautiful hotel with nice staff, but with all these other issues I just couldnt stay.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this location. It is a good halfway point between Nebraska and Florida. We liked that it was right off the highway, near gas and food and had a pool. With both stays our rooms have been clean and we’ve had good service. My kids had a blast in the pool after a long day of driving. They do not have a hot tub at this location, but the pool was a nice warmer temperature. They have a small work out room off the gym too. They also have a decent(free) breakfast in the morning, with hot and cold offerings. Our stays at this location were 3 years apart, and they were both good ones. We will keep this location in mind for future travels.

I used the IHG app to book a room here and was even given a confirmation number. After I drove four straight hours from the Mason Dixon line to get here, I was told sorry but you don’t have a room. They emailed me to tell me! Seriously?! Anyone who has driven this area knows that cell coverage can be lousy and why at ten o’clock at night would I suddenly think to check my email?! Instead I ended up in an older, musty hotel that has seen better days. After calling customer service, I was put on hold, shuffled, and hung up on no less than three times. Very unhappy with this chain and their service.

When we got to the hotel we were not informed that the cable was out, seeing that we had a 4 year old we should of been told. Room was full of ladybugs and even had a centipede! But the last straw was when my daughter and granddaughter went to use the pool in the morning and was told it was closed because the windows were fogged! All we got was an im sorry. No offer of a discount or crefit on our next stay! So customer service sucks. I was visiting from Illinois because of death in the family so this just added insult to injury! Will not recommend this hotel to anyone! We left and went to a Holiday Inn.
