Customer service from this company is horrible. I left several messages on their voice mail and it took four days for them to get back to me. When we finally connected I talked to them about their company policies and was ensured that the price quoted would be the actual price charged with NO ADD ONS. Plus their carpet cleaning service included light furniture moving. Guess what? When they got to my house they took out a rolling tape measure to let me know what I «was actually paying for» and then informed me of my NEW PRICE which was almost double the price previously quoted. When I balked at the increased price the female technician had a real attitude and said I was asking them to move «rooms full of furniture» and it costs more. She then stomped out of the house indicating she doesn’t like «customers like me». The best part of the morning however, was when the young man with her apologized under his breath as they were leaving. Maybe SHE should take a few lessons from him.
