11/​18/​2015 Carpets hadn’t been cleaned in 5 years, Area rug in 10 years, dining room chair seats in 10 years. Everything looks new! Brian was friendly and professional.

Absolutely amazing! The service is fantastic! When the owner of my apartment said he could still smell my dog, the guy went back and took care of it. I ended up getting my full security deposit back to me because he cared enough to go back. I would recommend them to everyone!

Fast and friendly service, great prices and awesome carpet cleaning. I had them clean the carpets for my apartment add part of my move out. The property manager was happy to hear Merrills was cleaning the carpets.

They don’t stand behind their work. Had an apartment cleaned that smelled like dog. A week later it still smelled the same. Merrill’s was quick to come out, but charged full price to re-​do their cleaning a smaller portion of the same carpet.

I’ve used Merrill’s for carpet cleaning for as long as I can remember. I have old carpet and an assortment of dogs, and yet they manage to make it look like-​new every time! They are very accommodating to whatever scheduling I need, reasonably priced, and extremely nice to work with. All that, and beautifully clean carpet — what more could anyone ask for?

The BEST place in Oak Harbor. We tried several different cleaners over a few years and finally stayed with Merrill. They can always accommodate your schedule, are professional and do a GREAT job. The only place that got my carpets so clean my allergies got better. They also use biodegradable products, so it’s safe for our pets and doesn’t smell too strong after they leave.

I am a property manager so my need for carpet cleaning is high. Merrill’s is my first company of choice as they are professional yet friendly. Not only do they accommodate my needs by scheduling jobs at the last second, they do great work and their prices are competitive.
