Another reason to hate this island. Worst service ever. I wouldn’t give any stars. I needed to return something and USPS was closed on Saturdays even though website showed it was open. So I went to Pony. This woman didn’t even greed, never smiled, but gave me attitude. Never explained anything. Maybe I should’ve demanded some explanation on my bill, but I just wanted to get out of there. She should not be doing customer service at all. I had no idea they charge labor, package box, which should’ve been free b/​c of USPS priority service, some kind of extra fees… Of course I don’t see that till I paid and got the receipt. Even when I paid, there was no «thank you» for my business. I will never go back!!!

Absolutely wonderful service, every time I’ve been there. Don’t even bother to go anywhere else. They don’t act like I’m bothering them if I ask a question. The GET UP and ask if you need help instead of sitting there waiting for you to walk over to them.

A great family business, I was able to mail out some Christmas packages when the USPS office was closed!!!
