For those of you who always check Unilocal for reviews before going and reviewing it yourself you need to put down your phone and stop by to watch or better yet wear some sweat pants/​yoga pants or if you have your own Gi (karate uniform), you can change there. I can guarantee you will get a good workout. I started by just taking my 2 kids and my wife there. The kids have so much fun. Plus you get a whole hour for them so you can go and run your errands or you can stay and watch. As I said I started by watching. It looked like they were having so much fun so I decided I wanted to try. I may even make it to the next belt. He also teaches weapons on Tues and Thurs. What are you waiting for? Free?
