Have used Surety for years. Never disappointed. Every employee who has come to our home is knowledgeable and well trained. All have been polite and never slacked off of their job. Very pleased with the service from the office staff to the employees in the field. In a world of unprofessionalism they are the apex of professional and take pride in their work. It is not a pleasant job but, they do it without complaints. Thank you

Do not use this service. We have been with them for quite a few years now, relapsed in a payment due to the Chase credit card problem when we found out we immediately paid, it had been two months and they will not reinstate us Ed without a $ 350 service fee. No inspection is need & we have had to recall Them several times to redo, they failed to properly treat the problem. They are not customer friendly & expensive.

I requested services from Surety prior to closing on our new house. There had been issues with rats in the crawl space at some point(yuck!) and powder post beetles so we wanted to make sure everything was in order prior to moving in. The house is surrounded by a crap load of trees as which equals lots of webs. I called and spoke to a nice lady and scheduled an appraisal. They were able to show up two days later to take a look at the property and let me know what they suggested. Well, I never heard back from them so I had to call and ask for the appraisal. A few days later I finally received a quote via email which I quickly signed and sent back giving the go ahead to start the work asap. Never heard from them again, and a few more days pass. I have to call them again to inquire about what the hold up is. Finally scheduled a service date. I was told I would receive a call the morning of the appointment to let me know a ballpark time. Again, never heard from them! I called to inquire about time and was given an estimate and informed that half of the work wouldn’t be done until a later date. This was the first time they shared this information with me, a little bit annoying. The guy arrived and did his thing spraying and sweeping webs etc. Well when my husband got home he immediately had to take care of two large webs that were missed in plain site. I emailed Surety asking for a detailed invoice of what exactly what completed and mentioned the missed webs. In the response was an apology and he stated that he spent a whopping«15 minutes» sweeping for webs. Alright, obviously this required more time. I still haven’t been billed. I will probably have to call them once again to find out what the delay is with billing. I will be looking elswhere in the future for my pest control needs. Not impressed.
