Terrible service… Ordered my drink… waited up front in plain view of the baristas… Waited for ten minutes (moderately busy) before approaching the counter again to ask about my Americano. The other barista said there was no ticket for it. The girl who took my order originally was standing at the counter the entire time I was waiting. There was definitely a lack of awareness all around for this place. They did however offer free drinks tickets, but what is the use if you are only passing through. It still took about 15 minutes for a drink that should have only taken 2 minutes to make. Their customer service sucked today. Not a good first impression for a new customer.

First off I come to visit family here from Seattle — which only means I can be a coffee snob … The coffee is bomb! I drink quad white mochas and they didn’t disappoint! Perfect bond of coffee to mocha sauce!
Another good indicator for me was that they use Monin!!!
HOLLAAAAA!!!
I also got a pacific pesto panini sandwich! Super tasty! Took a bit of time to get to me but I was holding my niece and one of the chicas brought it over! Worth he wait! Tasted super fresh!
If you have the chance check these guys out! Tell them D sent you! or not haha they might look at you funny since no one here know me.

Not impressed. I tried them twice to see if the first time was a fluke. Staff was cold, I had to ask someone to take my order both times (different people).
There was no sign with offered products or prices. I asked as to why and was told that it was due to price changes. No offer for a temp list or anything. I had to shoot from the hip as to what I wanted. They seemed like I was inconveniencing them by ordering.
The drinks tasted as though the espresso was over-​pulled, that or wasn’t hot enough. It was bitter and not in the good way.
For the classy building and location, I was expecting a decent drink.

This place is great! We moved her about two weeks ago and have been several times. Their banana bread is to die for!!!
Very reasonably priced but the drive through is a little slow– not a big problem though!
Check it out! You won’t be disappointed. :)

I love it here! The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating, not to mention very friendly! The tea and food is very good. There is usually a great selection of places to sit and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I will continue to be a loyal customer!

They changed the drink day from being $ 2.50 to being 50¢ off normal price. Needless to say this is causing me to spend a whole lot more here, but I like the friendly faces before I go off to school each morning (that I have a test — that’s my excuse to buy a cuppa). I haven’t met anyone at this location who wasn’t awesome. The other ones on the other had…
Anyway, I hear they are remodeling. I hope this means that are going to start carrying salads and sandwiches like some of the other locations.
