Made an appointment specifically to get an immunization exemption form signed. Wasn’t until I too off work early and brought my son in that they refused to sign the form. Said that this is the case for all of their doctors. Too bad that working with a patient for personalized care seems too much for them to handle.

I never got past the telephone conversation with the receptionist in Oak Harbor. She was so rude. She made me feel like I was wasting her time by asking a few questions a new patient should ask. She acted as if she could care less if I became a new patient or not. I told a few other people I know about this experience and several of them said they had similar experiences or have heard about similar experiences.

I made an appointment for my 2 year old to discuss the rash on her foot. Dr. Klemme was highly intelligent, great with my daughter, and spot on with her diagnosis. My daughter is very shy and Dr Klemme did a really good job of getting her to actually talk to her(a little tiny bit). She asked all the questions I would hope someone would ask and am very satisfied. I give her 5 stars. The customer service was also nice. I am deducting 1 star and I admit I could be wrong for doing such. When I scheduled the appointment I asked if they were taking new patients. They responded with«It depends on who your insurance is.» I know that is a business decision but discriminating against particular insurance types and uninsured persons(get payment at time of service) irritates me intellectually. Also they refused to give my wife, as a new patient, an appointment after 4. That means to become a patient she has to miss work. That is an asinine policy. Those annoy me, but not enough to not go back — because my daughter and I really enjoyed our experience with Dr Klemme.
