Rich came to absorb the damage and gave me an estimate on site he also did a free courtesy check of the sump pump and came to find out that it wasn’t even working anymore. Glad I was recommended by a friend of mind and happy that Anderson Basement Waterproofing was there to save me a huge headache and of course $$$. Thanks guys…

HUGE rains Friday and this time the north side of the foundation sprung the biggest leak I’ve had yet!!! Water was running like a spring into the laundry room. One phone call away with the solution Anderson Construction and I wasn’t disappointed! I called the company to explain this leak. It’s absolutely amazing what great customer service I received. Rich took the time to call me Sunday night to let me know they were going to make it to the house Monday at 8am. Like before they were here ready to do the job. The old heavy laundry sink was in the way along with plumbing. Tim and another man and Rich figured out how to get it moved, while saving the sink. The men proceeded to fix the leak. It has since rained heavily on the north wall this afternoon and no water!!! Great company helping out a small job person in a BIG way! I can’t thank them enough.

I contacted Anderson Services to assist us with our leaky basement. Not only were they knowledgeable in regards to waterproofing, but they were able to come out almost 3 months earlier than the other companies I had called. They completed my basement quickly, efficiently and on budget. I appreciated how thorough Rich was and would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who is having basement water issues
