I have been going here for years with never an issue! The customer service is phenomenal and I’m not easy to please. They often tailor my shirts and jackets and make repairs to my clothing. They are consistent, extremely fast when needed and beyond reasonable in price. Even after moving from the neighborhood, I still return here for my dry cleaning and tailoring needs.
Oak Lawn should recognize them as their «Best in Class» as a local business.

I use this cleaner from time to time and I never had an issue with the quality of the work. What I find troubling is that they offer same day service (in before 8am) but they give you an attitude about it and don’t want to do it. If you can’t handle that work load then take the sign out of your window.
Also no credit card purchases unless you spend $ 20 or more. It used to be $ 10 but this is ridiculous and inconvenient. I get it, processing fee’s can be high but that’s not my issue. The prices you charge are higher than average so it should cover it.

Loved! Loved! Loved! Going here, was very sad we moved out of state, I have a crazy airline uniform that has a decorative ribbon edge on the bottom of all the white blouses that the color will run if improperly laundered. The ladies here took care if my blouses and made gave my pants the greatest creases every week, sometimes with with very quick turn around to accommodate my crazy schedule. They also do great alterations here too!
