Completely agree with other reviewers. This location has no sense of urgency or consideration for customers. Even when the place is packed. I’ve been waiting in line for over an hour.
Update: Bank closed before they could get to me and I was kicked out. Will not do business with chase

At first I loved this chase when I started my account they were really nice, but now all that’s changed. I like having personal face to face contact with the tellers I hate using the machines, so every time I go there, there is always a banker waiting to boot me out of line and force me to go to the machine, I say no and they don’t stop they’ll literally force me to go and it’s really annoying. They need to relax.

I came here to open a bank account and was told by a representative named Chalette Cross that I was not able to open one, and was not given a clear answer as to why. I was on my way to another bank, and decided to try the Chase on Cicero & 79th to see if they would give me a more clear answer as to why I wouldn’t be able to open an account with them.
The teller there said she was able to open an account, and had no problems doing so. She was actually confused as to why the teller at the this location told me I wouldn’t be able to open an account.
I am a strong believer in customer service, and with that being said, I will try my best to avoid this location, and will now go to the location on 79th & Cicero for all my banking needs.

Completely unprofessional. I came in for a simple notary request and there was a single customer that was in front of me. During the half hour wait all I can see and hear was the notary joking and laughing with the other customer. Absolutely no rush or concern for other waiting customers.

I came here to get some money out the bank and the service I got was impeccable. I usually don’t get this kind of service at the local branch near my home since African-​Americans tend to be kind of rude. Yet the service I got from this location was much better and the girl who serviced me was really polite I wish I knew her name so I could mention her here, but she really was professional and friendly. It’s too bad that the locations near my house are not what they are in terms of African-​Americans being a little more polite and less snooty. I will be coming to this location again.
