Ive been here several times and my order is never right. Last week I ordered an iced coffee and wasn’t paying attention because I have the app and I was charged 5.70 for one large iced coffee. I had to go back through the drive thru only to leave and taste my coffee. I asked for cream there was no cream and I asked for vanilla and got caramel. I think instead of everyone being gathered in gossip at the window they should pay more attention.

Ovrrcharged me even tho I gave them my coupon.

Typically DD coffee and donuts. Good. The staff was very friendly and quick. Unfortunately the restroom was despicable — filthy! Rule of thumb on a restaurant is the cleanliness of the kitchen can be judged by the cleanliness of the restrooms. I really was nervous at how cleanly prepared my breakfast was after viewing the state of the restrooms — silly, I know! Anyway, the shop was stuffed with items beyond their coffee and donuts. And I appreciated how efficient the guys working there were. Keep it up and try to clean restrooms a bit more often.

This location is walking distance from my apartment, so I frequent this Dunkin. Staff is always friendly, my orders are always correct. The do offer a drive through, however it is very difficult to get your car close to the window as it is right after a sharp left turn.

Went here. Messed up my order. I wanted decaf iced coffee with French vanilla, cream and liquid sugar. I got regular coffee, which is why I am up late writing this review, with little to no sugar and no vanilla. There were people in the drive thru, which is slow, and no one inside when I was inside to order. Had to wait and the person rushed through my order (which is probably why they messed it up so much). They should master the task of managing customer orders as their business relies on it. The location on Cicero and about 107th is way better.

Every single time I’ve gone here they have messed up my order. How hard is it to put a flavor in a coffee. I said caramel not plain.

Always polite and prompt service! Stopped in for a sweet treat and was given a free donut, gotta love it!
