Dunkin’ Donuts / Baskin-Robbins

Makes great coffee, although doesn’t have any space inside where at times you may find yourself waiting in line OUTSIDE. The worst part about this location is their drive thru which has a horrible speaker system. (Expect to repeat your order), and you may get cut off in the middle of your request as if the employee automatically knows what you want.

Been at this location a for the third time. The first experience they got the order wron, the second visit was took forever in the drive thru. This last time that will be the last, the older middle eastern woman working the drive cut me off mid order. Then when I got to the window she asked my order again, when I displayed my frustration, she waved me off. This location has HORRIBLE SERVICE, I suggest you move on to the next.

Worst service ever, third time they get my order wrong and over charge. Never will I go there again.

This location is near my house, so I stop by here every now and then. They usually take forever to get what I ordered which is usually only one drink. I stopped by the other day and I ordered an Oreo sundae and a caramel ice coffee. When the lady gave me my order, she forgot to give me back my receipt, a straw and a spoon. I had to ask her for it, and she gave me attitude that I even asked about it. My sundae also tasted like mint, I know they use the same ice cream scoopers but it ruined the taste of the Oreo.

This location is absolutely horrible! You have to repeat your order multiple times (and they aren’t even complicated orders) and they still don’t get it right. Won’t be coming back here!

Gets the job done.

So I have to say I am a big Dunkin Donuts fan… this mommy definitely runs on Dunkin :). That said, I have been to many Dunkin Donuts locations and this is my favorite. The workers are polite and there is nothing wrong with an accent… but it is nice to hear people who speak English clearly when ordering through the drive-​thru. It just makes my morning or afternoon much more pleasant knowing I always get the right thing when I order and don’t have to repeat myself several times or ask them to repeat something.
Donuts are fresh and they don’t run out of the chocolate sprinkle donuts my daughter likes by like 9am like other locations. Now if they could only bring back the sour dough bagel they used to sell a few years ago… that would make this location even more amazing.
As an added bonus. this location also has Baskin Robbins. They only have a few flavors and not much seating… but still nice to be able to grab some icecream for the kids while I get my coffee.
