It’s hard to rate this because on one hand, Dr. Dalawari was great. He was very knowledgeable and took his time with each patient to make sure he understood concerns and worked with you to find the best care. On the other hand, the rest of the staff were awful. Any time that I called, even when it was to schedule the appointment in the first place, the lady who picked up the phones seemed so incredible unpleasant, almost annoyed that she had to pick up phone calls for the office. Also, they are horrible at scheduling. I went in for my appointment in the afternoon on Friday. A lady sitting next to me was saying that she had been waiting for nearly 2 hours after her scheduled appointment time to be seen by the doctor. I ended up waiting just over an hour past my scheduled time to finally see the doctor. That right there already dissuaded me ever come back to this office. And lastly, I ended up getting a referral from Dr. Dalawari to see a hand specialist about an injury in my thumb but unfortunately that specialist did not take my insurance. Dr. Dalawari mentioned to me that if that would be the case, then to call back to the office and ask the receptionist to find a new specialist to see that would take my insurance. I called back that same day, Friday, and the receptionist said she’d get back to me that day, but no phone call. So, I called again Saturday and she said she was still working on it. I still didn’t hear back, so I called on Tuesday and she finally told me that she would get back to me by the end of Wednesday. I never got a phone call and never got a new referral for the hand specialist. I pretty much gave up at that point with this office. I don’t understand how they keep clients like this.
