Do not go to this place! I ordered a trio special. Got the baked lobster alfredo, crab cakes and teriyaki chicken. INSTANTLY felt sick after a couple of bites. My sister ordered the pick 2 shrimp combo. She is feeling sick as well. Had to go to the emergency room and was told I had symptoms of food poisoning. Don’t know if the food was old or the employees are not properly caring for their hygiene, but I will not be back! I wish I could give this review no stars.

Sometimes, a dining experience can be a «make or break» experience all from a server. This was one of those time. Our server, Anwar, was amazing! He was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu. The food was good. It was typical chain restaurant food. Consistently tasty. I just really appreciate when I have an amazing server because it’s not an easy job.

Dealt with an extremely rude female waitress on 5÷12÷16; we left without ordering. I had some very basic questions about crab leg portions and received very deceptive answers with condescending attitude. Also, she was very uniformed about what I was asking yet kept pushing the envelope to make it a debate. Needs to learn how to deal with people, I will not ever come back to this location. I will also be writing a letter to the parent company about this terrible event and why employees are allowed to treat customers like that.

The WORST location of them all! Horrible service… which is everything to the dining experience. For some reason, I constantly give this place chance after chance and I officially declare I will never go back. I had to ask several waiters for a glass of water. ONE glass of water… after about 45 minutes of waiting for ONE glass of water I found the manager and asked him for one.25 minutes later someone FINALLY came with some water but I was on my way out the door. That was only the tip of the iceberg with the dinning experience. If you can, go to a different location.

I had a good time here. Went with a few friends and had a great time. Was my first time there and would definitely go back. I had the snow crab legs and were really well cooked. So I would recommend this place to everybody.

One of the WORST dining experiences of all times. As soon as we were seated a waitress dropped a tray filled with dishes sending broken dishes and cocktail sauce splattering all over my brother and myself. The waitress never apologized; she just said«it’s time for me to go home.» A very nice busser brought us napkins while the manager came over to apologize and offer ONE free appetizer and dry cleaning for the damaged clothing. I believe this type of error really warranted comping the meal or a generous cost reduction. It gets better — the meal experience continued with plates consistently crashing to the ground(5 different accidents within an hour) and our waitress forgetting everything from offering drinks, to biscuits, to utensils all culminating in bringing us the WRONGCHECK making up believe we were getting a greater discount for ruining our clothes. The manager was very nice but should think of appropriate ways to handle errors instead of nickel and diming patrons. I encourage the Southside to stop frequenting this location until the service improves.

Ok so first of all it takes alot for me to leave a one star review but I feel compelled after our experience on Valentines Day. We had a large group and waited a long time for a table, which we were totally fine with. after all it is a busy day we get it. Our buzzer went off twice and twice our table was not ready. The hostess Briana just dismissed us and said«I don’t know why it went off, your table is not ready» no eye contact, no apology, no update on how much longer it will be. Her customer service was terrible, she had an attitude the whole time. Seriously you can get better customer service at a fast food restaurant. This was basically a red flag your host staff is the front of the line and set off the whole mood for your experience. 25 minutes after our last buzz went off our table was ready. The waiter was a very nice guy, he did a great job considering we were a large party and it was a busy day. We received plates, and drinks fairly quickly. They were out of biscuits at the moment so we had to wait about 5 minutes for our table to get biscuits. Our waiter got all our food orders correct which was awesome. Our bill came out to around $ 250 not including drinks we had at the bar while waiting. Overall we won’t be back, there are so many restaurants to choose from and places that will actually make you feel welcomed. The manager needs to get the staff some customer service training.

We were quoted 20 min wait upon arrival and waited 45 mins. It’s 5pm on Valentine’s Day so I tried roll with it. After getting a table the server did not come for about 14 mins, now I’m getting upset. He came by and was very nice so I tried to let it go. He set us up right away with drinks, plates, biscuits and my salad order, a plus! The food arrived, my order was messed up and had to be remade. My son’s food was good. My boyfriends dinner was a mix. Some hot, some not, some with great flavor, some bland. My food did not come back until after everyone was completely done eating and it was missing lettuce, tomato, onion, tartar sauce! No discount on the bill, no I’m sorry, no manager stop by to check on us, no dessert offered. So yeah, I’ve had better dinners.

So my trip to Red Lobster left a lot to be desired, but I am trying to figure out if this is due to the location or the overall downhill of the chain restaurant. I love seafood and Red Lobster used to be a decent restaurant I would enjoy going to, but as of recent I haven’t been enjoying my time and this particular trip was a real let-down. My boyfriend got some gift cards, so we decided to use them and have a night out. They added some new things on the menu that my boyfriend was excited to try. He got the lobster Alfredo and I got the 4-course dinner for 17.99 which comes with salad, soup, entrée, and dessert. Both came with a salad, which was as good as salads go, so I have nothing to complain about. However, the creamy potato soup tasted like it came from a Campbell’s can. This is disappointing considering I could heat it up myself for a lot cheaper. The lobster Alfredo sounded amazing, but was a huge letdown. The sauce tasted like it came from a jar and the noodles were over done. The one good part about this dish was they gave you a healthy portion of lobster. My entrée was the garlic shrimp which was pretty tasty compared to the other things we ordered. But, there was a bit of a mix-up. When ordering I asked if I could get a double baked potato as I had gotten many times in the past at Red Lobster. I don’t mind if they don’t do it anymore since I know Red Lobster has gone through some changes, but he brought me out two baked potatoes instead. This wasn’t what I wanted, but I understood the mix-up since people don’t ask for double baked potatoes all the time. The irritating part came when he had no idea what I was talking about. I explained the mix-up, but he just could not wrap his head around the idea. I had gotten it at this very location, so I know they at least used to offer it. Eventually, I gave up and assumed the cook probably wouldn’t know what a double baked potato was either, so honestly what was the point in fighting for it. He didn’t charge us for the extra potato, so I can’t complain too much. The brownies also tasted like they came out of a box that I could have easily made for less than $ 3, still tasty though. Overall, I’m not itching to go back and was really disappointed. The food was worth 10% of what it cost and the service was as lackluster. I just expected more. I hope this was just the location and not the chain because their cheesy bread rolls are still bomb.

Came with bf for lunch. Salads came out and a roach walked across the table with it. When the waitress brought out our food, we politely told her no. Keep it. Told the manager and left. I will never return.

This server Shay was TERRIBLE! They brought out our salad, it was the smallest salad ever. They brought soup, the spoons were dirty. They brought our food, the orders were wrong. Shay showed no care that everything was wrong. Asked for condiments, they never brought it until my meal was completed. This lady lied on her manager and even the manager was shocked! This is thee worst restaurant and service was terrible!

My husband and I had dinner here last night and it was amazing. We partook in the Crab Fest menu and the lobster and crab legs was so moist and sweet. Our server, Elijah was so on point. He was very attentive and professional. The food was phenomenal, we had a wonderful time. Great meal and adequately priced. Wonderful setting to celebrate any occasion!

Love this place but they need to hire more staff! At first I thought it was poor customer service but then realized shortly that there’s very few waiters especially on a Friday night. Either corporate or the managers need to get it together and stop being biased to certain red lobsters.

We go to Lobsterfest multiple times every year and this year is one of the worst. I am highly dissatisfied with Red Loster because it seems they have lost their quality control. Once seated, it took the cocktails over 15 minutes to arrive and they weren’t mixed properly. We ordered top shelf margaritas, strawberry and rasberry, and they weren’t even mixed. The mixture was poured seperately, and the extra shot was not included that makes it top shelf. The biscuits were very doughy and cold, the lobster tails were hard, as well as the pasta. To top it off, there was a piece of glass in my margarita and the General Manager only reimbursed my cocktail, and not my guest. They both should have been reimbursed because after finding the glass in my drink, she didn’t want hers either. This was a horrible experience.

Can I get a negative one –1 star instead. I’m in the neighborhood for some training. I travel plenty. I was in the mood for shrimp. The guy who was hosting looked at me funny, when I said for one. When I walked in. He looked puzzled as if it was a trick question I was eating alone. He mentioned he didn’t have a booth. It didn’t matter. I sat at bar. The female bartender handed me a menu and left. About ten minutes later she asked me for my food order. Although it was still lunch, I ordered an appetizer and a tea. She brought my drink out and my appetizer at the same time. Without silverware. No side plates or napkins. I finally asked for silverware. It came with one napkin. When I asked for the check, she became chatty Cathy. I was so tempted NOT to leave a tip. Did I mention I was the ONLY person at bar eating. Other than an older man sitting opposite of me, finishing a beer. I left a tip, either way. I should have complained. Never again. I will be writing to corporate. If you DO plan on drinking the waitress make the drinks there, I watched a few over pouring. Lol. Severely. Someone will have a great lunch. Just wasn’t me. Lol

Tonight was great! Hubby and I got our lobsta on with some Lobsterfest specials. Our server was Andrew E, and he was on point throughout our entire evening. We started with the calamari and vegetables, which included calamari rings, broccoli, and red pepper strips in a light, yet crispy batter. It tasted good, aside from calamari rings being rather tiny, though I had a coupon for a free appetizer, so I couldn’t complain. Hubby ordered the Wood-Grilled Lobster, Shrimp, and Salmon served with roasted potatoes and green beans. Everything was seasoned very well and was juicy. He enjoyed it very much, aside from his green beans being a tad overly crispy. I had the Bar Harbor Lobster Bake, which comes with split petite lobster tails, mussels, shrimp, and scallops served over linguine in a garlic white wine broth. It tasted very good, and all the seafood was cooked perfectly tender EXCEPT for the lobster tails which were a tad over cooked and on the dry side… luckily they also gave me some butter and lemon wedges on the side, which helped. What I also found rather disappointing was the fact that I only received 3 scallops, which I gladly would have traded a few shrimp for lol. Aside from that, we enjoyed a rather pleasant evening. Funny observation: they have suggested tip amounts printed at the bottom of the receipt, based on your total, in the amounts of 15%, 18%, and 20%. It may appear rather convenient, however when I did the math(which I even had my husband double check to make sure I wasn’t mistaken) the totals printed were off. 15% they added an additional $ 1.50, 18% they added an additional $ 1.80, and 20% they added an additional $ 2. It sort of makes you wonder.

Wish there was a –NEGATIVE star rating available, and admittedly a big dummy — should have read my last review from 2012. Came here around 6pm on New Years Eve(last minute decision). Ordered the lobster bake, my husband ordered the Bar Harbour seafood bake. Mine had half done/raw potatoes and a freezing at the core corn on the cob. Hubby’s bake was ALL cold. Complained to waiter, manager comes and hears our complaints. MANAGER comes back with a plate with potatoes rolling around plate and a new piece of corn for me — no sign of my lobster bake dish. So I’m supposed to eat some lonely dry potatoes on a dish with a side of reheated corn on the cob. Also, my fancy Caramel Appletini arrived — IN A WHISKEY glass. Not a big deal, but the caramel swirls on the glass just made the glass look very dirt. And the cherry!!! What CHERRY!!! I got not one, but TWO empty cherry stems!!! Not sure if I should laugh or cuss. Been coming to this restaurant FORYEARS. But rest assured — NEVER, EVERAGAIN. And will do what I can to spread the word about my awful experience here. Seafood lovers BEWARE… ANDSTAYAWAY!!!
