Safelite AutoGlass

Was able to schedule an appointment from home on the computer and choose a time that would work for me. Brought it to the shop and was quoted a 4 hour window but they were able to knock it out in 2. Great job and would highly recommend the service if needed.

I would definitely recommend Safelite, and the whole process was very easy. After neglecting a spiderwebbed crack in my windshield long enough, I made an appointment online on Monday afternoon for Tuesday morning. The website appointment maker didn’t ask for any payment, so I called them up and they were able to take my credit card information over the phone no problem. I would have been skeptical about giving away my info over the phone, but the lady was very nice and already knew my name and car info when I called!
I left my car in my driveway at home while I was at work, and Ernesto did a great job replacing the windshield while I was away. He even called me that morning to let me know that I was third in line for him that day, and what time he would get there and be done by, which was nice. If I had known it was this easy, I would have just driven my car to work as I normally do and had him fix it in the parking lot!

Our neighbor’s young child threw a rock through the rear window of our car. Safe Lite was able to come to our home the next day to replace the back window. They did a fantastic job with the window, vacuumed all the glass from the interior, and the technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Our time frame for the appointment was from 8am-​noon, and he called us at 8am to let us know he would be there between 11:30 and noon. I thought that was very courteous so we did not have to wait around for those few hours beforehand. We will absolutely use Safe-​Lite again should the need arise. Very satisfied!

The tech was super nice, called me before hand to let me know he was on his way. Did the repair, cleaned up and even cleaned the rest of the windows on my car!

Did not properly clean the glass out my car. Big chunks left behind. Thought they fixed the window but they put the wrong sized glass in so it did not go up and down very easily. sent someone out to my work but the guy said that they needed to order new glass so he left. two days later another guy came out without the glass they ordered. The guy had to go back to the shop and eventually came back. Finally finished the job but still never noticed the huge chunks of glass in my back seat. Nice guy but nice doesn’t put food on the the table or in this case timely glass in my car door.

This place is great. I had a rock hit my windshield which left a ¹⁄₈ size chip in it. I Called safelite made a appointment for 4pm and was quoted $ 120 plus supplies which I thought was a bit much but went anyway. I got there around 4:09 and was out by 4:40, service was quick and easy and you can barley see where it was. Since I paid out of pocket the manager gave me a discount which was great!

I went on a Sunday and it was not crowded. I didn’t wait long and I got a good deal on a new windshield.
