. I ordered patio furniture and was told delivery would take place in two weeks… Six weeks later, and after many phone calls I finally received my purchase. The hassle of having to personally follow up after each broken promise from Lowes was ridiculous! I will never shop there again.

Paint section is great! The rest is pretty bad. Employees giving wrong advice, constantly watch department heads walk past ringing phones to chat with other employees about nothing important. Management team is sub par at best, they lack ever aspect of customer service and mark gives you blank stares. I feel bad for the cashiers because they have to deal with angry customers so often. Go to menards for anything but paint.
