I have been coming here for a couple of years now. All the staff are professional and very good at what they do. Most places are not good with walk ins… only accepting appointments. But Askia tries her hardest to take in walk ins and scheduled appointments all in one day. Highly recommend if you want a clean/​sleak look…

Ive been coming to this hair establishment for 3 years. Every time I get my hair twisted, it looks absolutely AMAZING! The owner Askia knows what it takes to run a successful business. She will ask you what style you want and will make sure it is the exact way you like it. It is also enjoyable because I can start at 10am and be done by 2pm (4 – 5 hours max).
If you want something different, she does whatever it takes to please and keep you satisfied with your desired hair style. I cant count how many times random women approach me in public to ask what kind of style im wearing and who does my hair!
I always feel comfortable as Askia makes sure to periodically check on me (ask if im ok, if I need anything, or if I need to use the bathroom).
If she is busy or booked, she always finds a way to make sure to fit you in her busy schedule. If you are a person that loves Marley Twists or Havana Twists, or box braids and senegalese twists… this is the place and the woman to see!!!

Overall, my experience with this hair braiding shop was like none other. I felt my money was being spent in a way that, when I left I was confident with how I looked this is how everyone should feel at a salon. Iv’e gone here for nearly 10 years and love being greeted by respectful employees.
