I went into Metro PCS main store for technical problems with phone, sales representative started to messing around with my phone not taking care of the issue that I was having, but went into my photos & deleted all of my photos and videos. Went in to Gadgetdrop everything was restored, Everything !!! I would highly recommend them.

I had over 20GB of data on my iPhone 6Plus from 3 weeks in Europe that I dropped in water my last week of my vacation! I was referred to Gadget Drop from a small repair shop in California. I shipped my phone to Gadget Drop and they were able to recover all of the data — pictures, videos, contacts, etc. EVERYTHING! I was provided personal customer service throughout the entire experience and would send my next damaged phone to Gadget Drop to get it fixed quickly and correctly! Thank you Gadget Drop!

This place earned my respect, and my business. I cracked the screen on my iPad. These guys fixed it for 40% that factory store wanted. And they did it quickly. Courteous, appreciative of my business, they followed up and made sure all work was completed correctly. i will come here first for all future needs.
