Hair by Lauren Ross

I love her! I first came to Lauren to fix a botched color job and haven’t gone anywhere else since. She fixed my color as if nothing had ever gone wrong.
She is an excellent listener. As someone with long hair sometimes I have struggled to get stylists to leave my length. But she definitely works with you to make you happy with the result and keep your hair healthy and looking great.
I recently decided to try a keratin (smootjing/​straightening) treatment and it has been a life changer. She did an excellent job, made sure I knew how to make it last as long as possible, and uses the keratin treatment where you can actually wash it as soon as 24 hrs instead of many places where they use product that you can’t wash your hair for 3 days!
She’s also really friendly and personable and fun to chat with. A definite bonus in my book. I HIGHLY recommend her and have since had many friends and family start seeing her too.

When I moved to the valley 5 years ago I was referred to Lauren by my cousin’s wife. I was eager to find someone close-​by and trusted the referral 100% since Vicky’s hair always looked great!
I am thrilled to say that since that first appointment with Lauren I haven’t gone to anyone else. Not only does she do a great cut and blowout but I often get compliments on my color.
I have referred friends to Lauren over the years and everyone that walks out her door leaves happy. She is great and really easy to get ahold of!

Lauren has been cutting my hair for almost 10 years. She is the best! I always look forward to seeing her!

About 8 years ago, I saw a girl walking in the mall with amazing hair color. I was desperate, so I asked her who her stylist was, and she referred me to Lauren.
I have been coming to Lauren ever since. Even when I moved down to San Diego for college, I would drive all the way back to Oak Park to have Lauren do my hair. Once I tried to just go to a salon in San Diego, and learned my lesson when I had to come back and have Lauren fix my hair.
She always does a great job and makes sure I am satisfied. Against her advice, I once decided I would go platinum blonde, and decided I hated it afterward. She literally had me come back so she could take it back to my normal color for FREE.
She is able to make a grow-​out line literally invisible in my hair, I can go months before I need the color re-​done.
