Yay for a periodontist that was highly-​recommended, and yay for being able to squeeze me in at the last minute! Yay, yay, yay! Dr. Leisten is known for being extremely gentle and kind, the top two characteristics that are essential in being a tooth doc! Dr. Leisten is definitely kind, gentle, and very informative. He is extremely patient and VERY thorough — he lets you know all your possible options and lets you know his medical opinions as well. He genuinely gives you the best treatment possible for you. His office is clean (nothing too overly modernly chic as other ‘high-​end’ docs that covers up their lack of experience), parking is available on the lot, and is on Austin and Chicago. He is definitely THE best periodontist around, hands down — I highly recommend him! He is so awesome and thorough, and gives you the lowdown on taking care of your teeth as well as any other helpful suggestions.
