Maggie’s Concierge Service

I was rushing through Ohare airport with two small kids in tow, 20 minute connection time, and I left my computer bag at the gate before our Los Angeles flight. Once in the air I desperately tried to get an airline employee to find the bag, but no luck. It contained my laptop, iPad, and iPhone! The next day the airline found the bag, but they said it would take 4 days for shipping. I needed it right away. So I found Maggie and she was amazing. She went to Ohare, retrieved my bag from American Airlines, and shipped it to me overnight. What was really impressive is this was all on a Sunday. Other concierge services I called were either closed or wanted to get paid double. Maggie did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price.

I’m glad I read the reviews about Maggie and gave her a call. She was able to help me out with the last minute grocery items I needed from Trader Joe’s. I wanted to be able to just get home from work and just start cooking. She was willing to accommodate me on short notice. I will definitely keep her in mind for the future.

Am I glad I decided to try a concierge service to pick up a dry cleaning order when I was out of town and couldn’t. Maggie was on-​time, professional and very accommodating. I thought it would cost me a fortune for someone to make a few trips (pick up keys, drop off valet, drop off keys) back and forth to my house but Maggie was surprisingly very affordable and so sweet. I will definitely be using Maggie again when I find myself in a bind, and you should too!

Maggie was a life saver for my family this week! We all had a stomach bug and I called last minute because we needed medicine and food desperately as we were unable to leave our home. Maggie was unbelievably pleasant, efficient, and carried out our requests to perfection. Maggie brought us our meds and dinner in almost 1 hour from the time we called which we were so grateful for b/​c we hadn’t eaten in almost 2 days. We are so impressed with the level of service Maggie provides. We don’t live near family so we are very glad that we found Maggie to help us with future errands/​emergencies.
