Wonderful customer service. I recently asked Stevan to fix the keyboard on my MacBook, which my toddler had gotten into. When I called, he told me that the part would need to be ordered and actively encouraged me to call competing businesses in the area in case they already had it on hand. They didn’t, but I appreciated his candor. In the course of fixing the keyboard, Stevan discovered that my hard drive was in an advanced state of failure and promptly let me know. In suggesting fixes he gave me two options (standard and faster drive) and quotes for same, both of which were very reasonable. In the course of fixing THAT, Stevan accidentally broke a piece off of the system board. He quickly informed me of what happened — and that he had already ordered me a replacement MacBook free of charge, and would not charge me for the hard drive already ordered or any of the work to date. I had previously opted for the faster hard drive and he went ahead and installed it into the replacement MacBook. So I actually have a better, faster computer than I had before. Accidents or mistakes can happen with any service but it is rare to see such a customer-​oriented response. I hope I don’t have any more IT issues for a while, but when I do I will call Stevan.

My computer had problems booting up, although once it booted it was fine. At least one other professional and a couple of amateurs couldn’t figure out what was wrong, because the pattern was unusual. However, in just a few minutes Stevan realized that my monitor, not my computer, was bad, and all I had to do was to replace it. That fixed it. Easy to deal with, nice guy, reasonable rates. My Computer Dr is now our new go-​to repair shop for our three home computers.

I recently had my business laptop die on me and I needed immediate help. My laptop was an aging Lenovo ThinkPad and it needed a new fan. Turned out that the fan was not available anywhere except for a used one on line which he found. He ordered the fan, installed it and my laptop booted up. He then transferred my data to an external drive so I could transfer it to a new laptop. Excellent professional timely service. Highly recommended. Fair pricing. Absolutely my go to solution provider.
