Northend Collision Shop

I brought my car here after someone did a hit and run on me in a parking lot. Having super low price insurance, I was bracing myself for an ordeal. To my utter shock, everyone who worked with me here was superb. The Geico Claims agent, Dale, was incredibly helpful and made the entire process completely painless. Communication was A+ and they were very accommodating and well priced. Highly recommend both this shop and the Geico team. Thank you SO much, I am so relieved and pleased. I will definitely be recommending Geico and North End to EVERYONE I know.

I had the ‘pleasure’ of utilizing this body shop twice in one month… first my mechanic got rear-​ended while driving my car, then I rear-​ended someone else a few weeks later. I chose this shop randomly as it was nearby and in the ‘network’ for my mechanic’s insurance company, and was relieved to find out their also in my own insurance company’s (AAA) network when I had my own accident.
Each time the repairs were done beautifully. You literally can not tell that the car has been in an accident, much less two. Both of their estimates for repair time were dead on (3 days the first time, 5 days the second). The two woman that work in the office are extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. I was unfamiliar with the whole process of filing a claim and they were there to answer my questions and worked directly with the insurance companies. They also have a few rental cars available at rates that are definitely cheaper than if you went to one of the rental car places along 8 Mile.
Hopefully I don’t have to go back… but if I do at least I know I’ll be treated well and that my car will look as good as new!
