This RadioShack has changed hands management. I walked into the store and said hello three times before someone came from the back store room to assist me. Not friendly at all and a lack of eye contact from the sales person is how I was treated. The second time I visited the store a few days later an employee with a broom of some sort assisted me by pointing to the items I was looking for with his broomstick. The third time I visited the store the item I was looking for was not available or carried by RadioShack. The guys that workd here before were geeky and very helpful. This is the kind of assistance you need when you go to an electronic store and you don’t know much about electronics. These guys are just awkward and not customer friendly. Unprofessional

great neighborhood radio shack. where else will they open the box, put in batteries and show you how it works! was there for 45 minutes with my 11year old and came out her new phone fully activated with address book downloaded and a 1 on 1 tutorial between her & staff. great place!

Surprisingly friendly and helpful staff at this location. It’s nice to have a neighborhood location that still carried electrical components and they also have a nice variety of electronic projects kits to help you learn about building circuits.

I’ve probably stopped a half-dozen Radio Shack’s in the last couple of weeks, while trying to put together an incubator for my daughter’s science project. This store was the first one in which there was actually someone that knew something about electronics. The sales person who helped me asked my problem and had a solution within minutes. He showed me the components I needed and even showed me an adapter that he knew I would need. I will be coming here in the future for my electronics needs!

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good functional neighborhood store. We needed new phones since we were installing a land line for the first time in almost a decade and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. The guy who helped us pointed out some options that saved us money rather than steering us toward a more expensive product. Really appreciated that.

Desk help is available and friendly. A very small RadioShack with lots of cellphone and basic accessories. They do have X-box cards and memory for phones, computers, cameras. Offer a trade in for any old phone or camera you might have.
