Just finished a thirty minute foot massage and I have to say it was the best one I have ever received. I work as a CNA and am on my feet all day working with patients, so I was in a dire need for a massage recently. They soak your feet in warm water for 2 – 3 mins appx. and apply oil to the calfs and feet. Massage included calfs, ankles, and feet. In addition, they do a slight deep tissue tapping on the calfs and feet, which loosened up my muscles. Each leg received 15 mins of massaging. The atmosphere is very calming with light Chinese music/nature sounds and they play nature videos on a flat screen. I almost fell asleep! Well worth the money for the service.

The service you get + the price you pay = value. Is this a high-end spa? No. Can you get a great massage at a great price, and walk out of there feeling totally relaxed? Every time(I come here once a week). Try it.

This is a beautiful place to relax and have a massage. Although the space is open, it is very peaceful and quiet.

I’ve been here a number of times and have never had a bad experience. I’ve never been when they are very busy. Both the reflexology and the table massages I’ve had have been great. The only thing I would change is the TV. Sometime they play odd programming that just doesn’t fit with the spa scene. I’d prefer nature or spiritual rather than random and sometimes ill-fitting shows. That’s the main reason they are getting 4 stars. They could also dim the lights a little more! Everything else is great! Recommended!

OMG it was terrible! I was so excited to try this place out but was seriously disappointed. Let’s start with the fact that the staff does not speak English, so forget about requesting changes in pressure or positioning. I went in for a 30 min body/30 min foot, & left more tense and with more back pain then when I walked in. Every time I would mention«less pressure» it was like talking to a wall, they don’t understand! Was also disappointed once I got to the foot part of the massage… they made me soak my feet in warm water for about 5 minutes(I can do this a home and not pay) and then starting massaging without any oil or creams. This is really rough on the skin and not relaxing at all. They did add the cream later in the foot massage but by then I was so sore. Would not recommend this place, there are better spots with similar price at any mall you stop by.

I used to go to Relaxing Station in SB and now go to the Oak Park location. It is consistently good quality for an unbelievably low price. I cannot recommend it enough!

Simply amazing! I just had the best massage from a truly gifted therapist. A mix of acupressure and barefoot… So relaxing, and exactly what I needed after hours in front of a computer. It’s great to just be able to walk in and immediately get worked on, and for the price, Relaxing Station can’t be beat! They offer chair massage, reflexology foot massage, full body massage, or a combination. I recommend the Relaxing Station to all my friends and family, it’s wonderful there! I’m totally hooked!

I had been wanting to try out this place since it is so close to me. I had a terrible kink in my neck and shoulder and thought it a good way to motivate me to go in. It seems as though NOONE in there speaks a lick of English. I asked for 40 mins of neck and shoulder and feet massage. The man nodded and sent me back to a table. The young man nodded to me and proceeded to(slowly) fold some towels around the face-hole area and then do the same with a paper towel and tear a hole in it. At the time I wondered if they use the paper towels, so they don’t have to replace the white cloth towels. As my massage proceeded, I pretty much got a lame, all over massage. I didn’t have any sense of time(but had another appointment to go to, so was a little concerned about not losing track), but had set my phone alarm… just-in-case. I lay there(wondering when he was going to get to my feet and if he would have time) smelling mothballs and some other not very pleasant chemical smell and wished they used some sort of air freshener. The young man indicated that I was done, so I asked about my feet, but had to point to them to feel like I achieved communicating. He motioned me to a chair and took his time. Meanwhile, I realize how little time I had left, but thought that I would like at least a few minutes. I tried to indicate how much time I had left, but, nope… nothing! He had no clue what I was attempting to communicate to him. I pretty much just had to bail out in the middle, pay, dropping my things and running out the door. Least relaxing massage EVER! Too bad. :(

Absolutely marvelous. The prices are great, no appointment necessary and there’s nothing better than an hour of bliss… The staff is nicer than most and everything is new and clean. Was not crowded this time but could get worse when everyone in Oak Park figures it out…

This is a quick walk in massage place that is very reasonably priced. The foot massages and chair massages are better than the full body massage. I recommend a combo body and foot. All one hour treatments are $ 35. The place is clean and friendly. For foot massage, they soak feet first and then get you massage going. So cheap and cheerful! The body massages are on the open floor so they aren’t as good because they don’t put oils on the body or anything. They wear gloves and cover you with towels and blankets. They are strong but it’s more trigger point than it is full massage.
