Great Customer Service :)
I took my Aunt here to look at the vacuum cleaners, and there was a younger gentleman who was working who was very helpful and friendly. He greeted us when we walked-in, and asked us if we needed help. We didn’t need help until later, but when we went up front we found him there, and asked for his help. He was super patient and friendly with my elderly Aunt, and gave her the information she needed to know in order to decide to make her purchase. I am sure she will have no problems with the Vacuum, but if she does, she knows exactly how long she has to bring it back, and how to do that if she needs to.

I remember this place from when I was a kid. They always had toys that were about 2 years out of the mainstream but great bargains all around. Goodies found in every aisle. Sure it was cheap but it was good and a decent place to shop. I know the bowling alley where Krogers used to be and some other undesirable folks hang around that area which has brought down the level of service and quality as of 2007(When I was there last), hopefully it has gotten better.
