So I came here pretty much on opening day. Next time, I’m not going to do that… Let’s just say the reason why they got 3 stars is because they need to work out kinks. When I mean kinks I mean pretty big ones. I’ll definitely be coming back to update in comparison to how a store that’s been opened longer is supposed to be like. So my experience wasn’t too bad, just that the staff needs to be trained. When I mean trained, I mean putting the right amount of food on the burrito. Let’s just say they were asking me how much there should be, and it seemed like they didn’t know what to do? Anyways, I think with more training, they’ll be giving the proper amount and not so skimpy as much as how much there should be in a burrito or bowl. Let’s get to the burrito wrapping. Practice. That’s what the staff needs. First attempt was a complete fail so they made another and dumped all the contents on the new tortilla. The second time they wrapped it, it was pretty haphazardly done. I’m sort of afraid of even trying to eat it as I got it to go because I was driving back to North Carolina. Let’s just say… Definitely need more practice. So all in all, I’m sure it’ll taste like every other chipotle, but the staff is brand spakin’ new. Couple of weeks or a month or two, they’ll get it and know what to do. Until then I’m probably going to let the restaurant get comfortable and come back to visit to give them the 4 – 5 stars they usually deserve.
