The food is awesome and the owners are great. I love everything but just no mushroom. I like to eat healthy and happy

3 words = Kung pao shrimp. Fabulous. Shrimp are huge and the spice is perfect! I order this pretty much every Friday night. It’s that good.

This is a great little Chinese food spot that is clean, run by a great family, and has a part of the menu that caters to some of the more authentic dishes. For Americanized Chinese food, this is great. It is my go-to place for my family, they put the food together fast enough that I only wait about 10 minutes for a full-family to-go order, and they are always polite. If you are looking for solid, predictable, traditional Americanized Chinese food, they do a great job of catering to that taste. If you want something more authentic, they are equally fantastic. Of all the oriental food spots in Oak Ridge, I go here the most and for good reason.

It’s the best Chinese restaurant in Oak Ridge, TN. It’s rather small with about 8 tables. We usually get take out. The spicy food tends to be better. I got garlic beef once and didn’t like it because it didn’t have much flavor. The spicy food tastes much better. Good for take out.

Always hot food. great health score. I prefer the hibachi chicken with white rice but the sesame chicken and sweet n sour chicken were good as well. To the person that quoted high lunch prices they either went on Sunday or after 3PM when they charge dinner prices. If you go 11am to 3pm 6 days a week the lunch special prices apply. Just be sure to look on the menu for the lunch specials for $ 5.25 or $ 6.25 and you’ll get your money’s worth

Take out on a Saturday at 7:30pm. We walked in to place an order, since we didn’t have a menu. It took ten minutes. We left with our big brown bag packed securely with our hot dinner & went home to eat in front of a redbox movie. It was delicious & the servings were family size. We had: orange chicken with fried rice, hibachi chicken with steamed rice, & a small egg drop soup. $ 23 isn’t bad for what we got. We will be back soon!

I was craving Chinese food. And I thought I would try this place. The pork egg rolls were very good. But the beef and was very bland. I d give it 2 stars.

I struggled over what to rate this place. I have lived in areas with true authentic Chinese which is light years better than this place, however there are no decent Chinese places in Oak ridge, so relative to other things in town this place is 3 stars, somewhere else it’d probably be more like 2. It’s not authentic, it’s pretty Americanized Chinese food but since that is what everyone is used to here I don’t know if they would even received an authentic place around here. I thought the wonton soup was great, the moo goo gai pan was pretty good. I was disappointed in the lo mein and in the sweet and sour chicken. I thought the spring rolls were nothing to write home about but they weren’t terrible. The pork fried rice was pretty good even though it looked very different from what i was expecting. The place does a good business at lunch but when I have stopped by to pick up dinner it’s deserted. I do hope they can stay in business because the options around here are even worse. I’d say if you want better Chinese go to Knoxville(or a different state!) but if you’re stuck in oak ridge and craving Chinese food this is one of the better options.

The food is decent, not the best but not the worst. My problem was the price. I had a side order of lo mein(which was a tiny portion) and egg drop soup with water to drink and it was almost $ 7.00. My coworkers ordered off the lunch menu, standard Chinese dishes(sweet & sour chicken, orange chicken, general tso)…small portions, did NOT include soup or egg roll and was almost $ 9.00 with a soda. Pretty pricey for Chinese food at lunch with small prtions, no leftovers(unheard of at a chinese restuarant, right?!) Service was slow, not very friendly, and the place is small. Had to try it, but won’t be back.
