Went to the drive through today at around 1830hrs to purchase food for my two sons after picking them up from daycare. Since I only pick them up once a week, this is a father son thing I do. Ordered a Big Mac meal, two double cheeseburger break meals, two mc flurries, and a 20pc nugget. Received the order as well as attitude from a female manager, but that’s never bothered me. Did a quick glance of the order when it was given to me and it appeared correct. When I got home, I noticed it was missing a double burger meal. My brother contacted the store and spoke to the female manager and was given more attitude and told to come back to get the food. We live about 10 minutes away so he drove back. The food was given to him, surprise surprise, by the female with a side of attitude. He best part is, when he got home, and I unwrapped the burger for my son, there was a large bite taken out of the burger. The bread around the bite was dry and the cheese was melted out of the bite, which to me, indicates it had been heated after being bitten. My brother, who can be a bit hot tempered, called the store and went crazy on the manager. We were told to come back for a refund. So now, third trip, and a 3 year old who has grilled cheese while his brother eats McDonald’s, and still attitude. I force my brother to stay in the car as I am more even keeled. I bring the bag of food in and dump it on the counter. The other manager, who was very professional and apologetic, to my astonishment, manned up and admitted that an employee DID bite the burger. He claimed that the cook was eating his dinner and it was grabbed by mistake by the female manager. Although I certainly don’t buy this, as it was wrapped perfectly, and according to my brother, the ONLY double burger on the burger area, ATLEAST it was partially owned up to. So, three trips to the store, a very confused and disappointed 3 year old, two pissed customers, and a burger bitten by a staff member and served to a customer! If the fact that the food is horrible for you wasn’t enough, this should seal the deal to NEVER eat McDonald’s again!!! Time for a new father son tradition. Wasn’t there something in the news about this job being deserved of $ 15/hr? Hmmmmm.

I want to say that when a restaurant business is busy is because a lot of customers are happy and come back. The people who work in this restaurant are amazing. They are courteous, respectful and quick. I have been going to this McDonald’s for man years. I want to thank everyone there for doing a great job! Thanks Billy you are a great manager and a hard worker. I’ve watched you fix doors, fix the soda machine, mopped floors, go out of your way for the customers. You are amazing. Also, Patricia, thanks to all of you, the body builder sorry I forget your name, and all the other workers there you maintain a friendly and clear restaurant for all of us to enjoy. This place is my second home. I spend hours reading, eating and surfing the Internet because it is a nice place to eat. Sincerely Dr. Cruz. I keep up the good work everyone! And if the line outside the thru-driveway is big, do what I do, get off the car and come inside is faster and good for my heath. Life is short and we must enjoy our eating time in peace at least specially if we work hard.

I don’t go here often, as I try to avoid fast food. However, the few times that I have, I’ve noticed that the drive-thru line takes at least 5 – 10 minutes, and that is if you’re the only car there or have just one in front of you.
