Been to a few dentists in my years and I have never had such a thorough, comprehensive exam and review of my teeth, bite, gum condition and general health conditions. It was extremely helpful to go over all aspects of the file including the x-rays and the numerous pictures… the staff is courteous, the hygienist provides valuable advice on the proper flossing techniques, brushing and such too. Dr. Drew, as we all lovingly refer to him, is an amazingly talented dentist and he takes great pride in his work. He is not like any other dentist I have had in the past, despite thinking some of them were decent providers initially. Dr. stands TALL above the crowd in his profession in my eyes and several of my acquaintances/friends that have made the change too. Many of my past experiences made me feel like I was running through a mill and got spit out at the end of the conveyor belt. At other providers it was common to have regular ultrasonic, rapid cleaning methods utilized(less than 20 minutes) vs. having a hygienist actually scale and polish my teeth. But then inevitably you the patient develop early stages of G so the un-named doctor advises YOU to do more regular quick wash cleaning so you are on a 3 month recall now(likely out of pocket too) and maybe some antibiotic(also likely not insurance covered). Then a deep scaling comes next and you are once again in and out in 30 – 45 minutes timeframe. Sound familiar? Well RUN don’t walk to Dr. Drew’s office and get the care you deserve and need to keep those teeth you have in your mouth and your gums healthy. I guarantee you won’t regret your decisions or that you are using your insurance carrier dollars wisely. Call today and make your appointment.

Best Dentist Ever! I was pregnant and in pain and he totally fixed my problem confidently and to my surprise, painlessly!!! Dr. Eggebraten always calls to check my status later in the day. I won’t ever go to another dentist!

I went to Dr. Drew when he took over Dr. Larry Simpsons practice a few years ago. I think he means well, but he comes off as very pompous. My tooth sensitivity was never adequately addressed, and the nasty stains on my teeth were not treated(my new dentist removed them in about 20 painless mins). I always had a hard time getting an appt. with Dr. Drew. His hygienist/assistant was always kind and gentle, and took the time to explain things, but when she brought up my teeth grinding to him he dismissed it. How can the poor woman do her job well if he won’t listen to her professional opinion? The few times that Dr. Drew had to poke & prod around my mouth himself, he didn’t care if cables smacked me in the head, or if he was dragging slobber all over my face. Would not recommend him at all.

Over the last 55 years, I have been to a number of different dentists and I would have to honestly say that Dr. E is one of the best dentists that I have ever gone to. He’s not only a very nice guy, but he has the ability to break dental terminology down to simple English, which even I can understand. Dr. E did an emergency root canal on me on a Sunday, which probably took time away from his family with two small children. This is a very complicated procedure that he did himself and is usually done by a specialist. I was very impressed as to how fast and accurate he was without an assistant. I know you can’t say painless dentist but I didn’t experience any pain, which was great because I have a general fear of going to a dentist. That’s probably why I needed a root canal because I didn’t see my dentist on a regular basis. Dr. E will definitely be my dentist for life. I was also very impressed with his newly remodeled office. I know he got his degree from USC and I was told that the best dentists in the area are USC trained. I would definitely recommend this dentist.

Personable staff, good care. But: they change appts ALOT. sometimes at the last minute. Dr friendly but doesnt stay and answer questions. and if you cant accommodate their request to change your appt and just cancel, you get a snotty letter from the DR atating he cant be your dentist anymore. They arent open on Fridays. And again. Lots of schedule changes. Go somewhere else. Wish Dr. Simpson hadnt retired.

I Can’t say enough about this Dentist! Dr. E took the time to talk to me and explain why my tooth was hurting. He was painless, which is a must in my book. The office staff were very friendly and there was no waiting. Would definitely recommend this office.
