Roger is awesome! After my son spilled water on our MacBook Pro, Roger save all of our old photos onto external hard drive. He save all of our family photos and save the day. He walked me through the steps to download them onto my new computer. He’s super easy to talk to you and work with. I will be using him for Mac repairs in the future. I highly recommend him.

I would recommend him to my grandmother to help her to be savvy with with her security on her Mac Desktop and iCloud account. I would recommend him to my brother who’s transferring his office from work to home and needs a reliable system to be able to have that benefit. I would also recommend him to any small office, such as my own, that relies on the technology to keep up and running on a daily basis.

I am a small business owner who has 6 desktop computers and 3 laptops in my office.
Before working with Rogier, the computer system was the most worrisome part of our operations. When things went wrong I never knew how much time or money would be required to get things right again. Since hiring Rogier, I no longer worry about or have to deal with my computer system not working. After initially figuring out and fixing all of our various problems, Rogier keeps our system working well by visits to the office once every two months, some remote computer monitoring and upkeep, and occasional phone calls.

As such, he has a lot of experience with Mac diagnostics and troubleshooting, much more than other technicians I have used in the past. He even carries specialized tools and equipment that allow him to work on the internal parts and mechanisms of the computer if necessary, thereby saving you a trip to the Apple store and a long wait for your repair. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about Rogier and his work, and would urge anyone with a Mac issue to give him a call!
