I stopped in here hoping to pick up some BBQ chicken for dinner. They often have their big grill going outside and I pass by it almost every day. So I stopped in after work and was sad to see that the hot meat counter only had chicken drumsticks and thighs left and no breasts. The woman behind the counter came over and quickly offered to help me, sure they had chicken breast. I was doubtful but she went to the walk in fridge and pulled out a big tray of cooked chicken. I was sad because I wanted hot chicken. I asked how long it takes to re-heat but she didn’t understand my question and replied with«Two?» Okay, I said. I’ll take two chicken breasts. I browsed the rest of the market while she put the chicken in a to-go container. I picked out some apples and a box of soda. When I got to the register to pay, the gentleman asked if I was buying chicken breast or legs. I said I wanted chicken breasts. He had a somewhat hot conversation in another language with the woman and it was finally determined that they did not have chicken breasts after all. She showed me the chicken she’d boxed up and it was bottom quarters. I apologized but said I only wanted to buy breast meat. I bought my apples and soda and that was that. The store was small, but had a smattering of a lot of things you might want. A little bit of household goods, some groceries, some fresh produce, sodas, water, beer, etc. The produce generally looked good, though one of the types of apples was getting a bit wizened. I felt awkward about the employees who seemed like they were trying to be friendly, but then conversed with each other in a tone that wasn’t so friendly. The sodas seemed expensive but the only receipt I got was my un-broken-out credit card receipt so it’s hard for me to tell. I thought my total came to $ 11.50 for 1lb apples and a 12 pack of Diet Coke cans. I might stop back if I see the BBQ smoking outside, but probably otherwise will not.

The worst store in existence. Don’t even think of stopping here. Choose starvation before wasting your time here. Flies over the meat counter? Check, please! Disgusting, dirty, filthy, rank. Barf.
