My daughter had been having problems with slow WIFI on her laptop, which was ½ the speed of my desktop plugged into the Verizon DSL. I called and talked to AJ, who was very nice and helped me remotely. He figured out a setting that was wrong and changed it. We re-​tested the speed on the laptop and now it’s just as fast as my desktop. My daughter is so happy that she can now watch video clips without the video starting and stopping constantly. I’ve used Ojai PC Pros several times and always found them to be great!

I spilled 18 ounces of coffee over my boyfriend’s $ 1800 gaming pc. I called them 5 minutes after it happened and they drove out and picked it up right away. They completely disassembled the computer and tested and cleaned each part. I only had to replace the graphics card. They were honest, quick, and reliable. They also gave me a great deal on the labor costs!

While I’m 100% bummed my favorite old school Toshiba has been parted out, there maybe some hope to retrieve some of my music… As to my back-​up being on their servers, well they purdge them regularly so nope…
Mr Reason, one or the solo new owner lives up to his name he is reasonable at least… It’s not his fault he was left w a mess. & he’s been very accommodating in attempts to return my property! I’m still waiting, and he’s offering to take a look at my external hd bought prior to change of hands etc also to see if he can maybe see why my new HTC M8 won’t hold music… But at what cost???

Had a custom PC built from scratch in very good time and for a fantastic price. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and responded to my inquiries within hours. Definitely recommend these folks for any computer work you need done.

These guys took quite long, but they are rebuilding the PC repair shop.
The techs are all very nice, but extremely busy. The store will achieve their great reputation I’m sure. They only do house calls now.

Whenever we have a tech issue, we go to PC Pros. From iPhone to computer, they always doing a great job diagnosing and fixing problems.
The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They know most of their customers by name.

The technicians at PC Pros are awesome. We had an old, limited laptop that had to be resurrected when my husband’s newer one got water in it and died. They were great about bringing the old one up to speed as much as possible, and showing my husband how to use an external hard drive to augment the limited storage capacity. They answered questions over the phone, gave honest estimates with reasonable prices and always completed the work on time. I’m glad to have them as a resource up here!
