Terrible! Do not use this company owner sits back and collects money, but the guy he sends to your house is clueless. Where do i start…
1. Could not figure out why my electricity bill was through the roof… Switched out all my bulbs to led’s in my house, then bought a variable speed pump set to run 1 hour a day at 2700 RPM and for 8 hours at 1200 rpm. This should have lowered my electricity bill… But my electricity bill was higher all summer until i figured out what the pool cleaner was doing, he was turning my pool sweep on and leaving it on to run for 10 plus hours once a week for months. He should have hit the quick clean button… This snafu cost me an extra $ 1,000.
2. The pool was burning my children’s eyes so i bought a ph test kit… The acidity was through the roof, when i told the pool cleaner he said…“yep, it sure is” but he didn’t have anything in his truck to lower it, said he would come back later when he had the right stuff. This didn’t happen once! But twice over the summer!!!
3. If you need to supervise your pool cleaner because the owner of the company is not, why have them. What am i paying him $ 110 a month for?
Needles to say they are fired. Now i am looking for a pool cleaning company that knows how to operate the equipment and has the right chemicals on their truck at all times.
