Won’t stop again! Rather go to any Kwick Trip dotted across WI
Reason? It’s Loves! and it seems their staff training needs to be reviewed across the country.
They love talking amongst themselves through their headpieces, or to answer the phone before actually serving you standing there in front of them
One star because I have too
I’m actually tired of giving Loves bad reviews!
I never learn my lesson!
Note to self: DONT STOP AT LOVES AGAIN

I stopped at this station in Oakdale on August 16, 2014. I was on my way from Minnesota to Cave of the Mounds during my Summer Vacation in the Great Upper Midwest.
I had left too early for coffee, so my primary goal was one of those tasty tasty abominations — the gas station cappuccino. They had English Toffee, which is always a treat, along with an entertaining postcard selection.
I didn’t get gas, but I’m sure that, if I did, it would have powered my rental car quite well. Easy access from and back to the Interstate. I would stop here again.

There is no Unilocal entry for the Hardee’s which is attached to this Love’s Travel Stop. The restaurant is connected to the travel center. Men’s room was clean and staff was very friendly. Full Hardee’s menu and sizable dining room with two television monitors that can be switched to about a dozen stations upon request. My only compliant is that there is a charge for Wi-​Fi usage $ 1.99 for 60 minutes. If buying food or gas, the Wi-​Fi should be free. Will probably not stop here in the future and just go one more exit to a location with free Wi-​Fi.

I don’t typically stops at Travel Stops but we needed to eat lunch, and we all had to pee. I’ve got to say, in my 34 years of traveling — this by far had the cleanest bathrooms I’ve EVER used in my life.

Love’s is a convenient place to fill up gas and get good snacks on the long drive from the Twin Cities to Milwaukee and Chicago. The rest room is clean, a big plus. This is a truck stop but the truck parking area is behind store and down a small hill so car parking is easy.
