Tellers are so arrogant. Very bad service. I wont be putting an account on this bank. Even the management are not good. Doesnt even deserve 1 star rating. Also I heard that they dont treat their employees well. I wouldnt be surprised if one day they closed for good. Calling all customers of this bank, pull out your money now before they fucked up your investments. I really hate this bank.

I went in on 7÷17÷15 and 11:45 and deposited a check for 339.00 and they didn’t process it. I called they said system was down and it would go threw ASAP. It didn’t I went to Walmart to buy my baby things (diapers formula) and guess what my card was declined due to the check still not being in my account! And I’m over drafted! By 259.00 this is by far unacceptable! So disappointed I’ve had an account since 2010 never went to this location and will NEVER be back! Never had this issue until going into the oakdale branch and will keep going to Modesto if I even keep my account open now. I’m so upset I may just transfer to another bank since they have done this. Never in my life have I been more embarrassed thanks to their mistake that’s still not resolved!
