Always great service. .We love meeting here for what ever we desire at the time :-). .I enjoy hot tea lately, I always have my strong coffee in the morning’s. .once a week we get together and I look forward to it.

I have never met nothing but nice people in this Starbucks, so that’s a great thing. But for the life of them they have never made my drink right. I’m not real picky, but they are the only Starbucks in the world that I have been to, that cannot make my drink properly. Also everytime I go the wait is unbelievable. I work out of town and this one is on my way to work, I never go, I use the one out of my way to ensure a better chance at a good coffee.

Fast Starbucks in town. Large and air conditioned place to enjoy your drink from the heat. The employees are true riffic at suggesting and giving their opinions about the drinks. Very friendly and very helpful employees. Will be back

Waited 20 min for one drink with no line and 4 employees working.
Neither the employees or manager on duty acknowledged me when I arrived or while I was waiting.
The only reason why I can give them one star is because I received a refund and my drink because I demanded it.

The coffee was great. I even understood why the drive thru clerk could not take my old cup to throw away. What I don’t understand it the clerk telling me that Starbucks took out the garbage can at the end of the drive thru driveway. Sorry to sound petty, but when driving through, it is nice to be able to discard the trash from my last drink.

Ok. So when I go to Starbucks, I order my drink inside the building. Almost never in the drive-​thru, because they sometimes make it wrong and I want it fixed. Yesterday was one of those times. I ordered a grande caramel frap w/​coconut milk and extra coffee. When I order extra coffee, it is because I want more coffee flavor and caffine. What does the batista do? Poured what was left in the blender down the drain. THAT WAS A LOT OF COFFEE THAT WAS THROWN OUT. I said, «Hey…I paid for that and she poured it down the drain.» The other baristas just laughed. Hey baristas… how about actually using those lines on the cups as measuring lines, like you are supposed to do? Rant over.

Come pretty often. Wait is always pretty long at drive thru. Today they were out of lemonade for my black tea lemonade, and they substituted lemon ale without telling me. I drove away and had to go back because it did not taste good. Not fun to sit through the drive thru twice.

In a line for over 25 minutes at any place is awful. Much less at a Starbucks drive thru. I’ll never be back through here again. Y’all better fix this mess.

I went in to get a drink with my mom the other day both her and I asked for the same thing and apparently everyone in the store did too! Not only did we get our drinks taken by the people behind us twice but we ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for drinks. It was rather busy but not one worker seemed to mind the fact that my mom and I had been waiting 20 minutes for our drinks. We ended up getting our money back and leaving because it would have been another 7 minutes added to the 20.

Went into Starbucks every morning for a straight week and not even a hello or how are you. There is more talking amongst employees than with customers:(hardly a goodbye. Not impressed and not going back.

First of all I have to say I love Starbucks! Every time I visit this location it seems to always be busy. Which tells me everyone else loves it too! For as many people that are in line the Starbucks team members seem to keep the line moving at a pretty steady pace.
The crew that works there are very friendly and are always smiling! I have yet to have a bad experience here. I have also visited the inside and they are just as fast and friendly!
If your looking for a great cup of coffee you know you can’t go wrong with Starbucks! Also Google the secret menu for more drinks. If you tell them the recipe they will make it!
I think that’s pretty cool but I guess that’s been around for a while. But I just found out so now I’m sharing it with you!

Well maybe it’s just not my night… after a festive night of Christmas lights and Chinese food, I went to Starbucks for a peppermint mocha. I ordered a tall decaf nonfat peppermint mocha and a tall decaf pikes place for my mom. All was well until we got to the drive through window and were informed that the store was busy and had sold out of decaf coffee. Huh? So I got my mocha, paid and left. Took my first swig, and WHAT? Plain coffee… so we had to go all the way back, walk in and were then informed that we paid for both coffees. Now here is the thing, coffee and espresso are not the same, they don’t taste the same, Starbucks employees are trained to know the difference. I know… I managed one. So, B*%#£ please don’t tell me the drink you just handed me is the «same» and that the mocha that has been sitting on your counter and is now cold is“just fine”. Give me my money back and let’s rise to a standard of excellence. Take a little pride in your work.

Every time I go to this Starbucks, I wonder why I didn’t go to the other one in town. The service is always poor and extremely slow.
This morning the drive through was packed, so I went inside, where there was only two people in front of me. It took the woman behind the counter 5 minutes to get the lady in front of me two scones and three house coffees with a drink carrier. Once I finally got my order in, they forgot one of my drinks. When I asked a question about my drink, the woman was EXTREMELY rude about it.
My stop there this morning served a purpose, to remind me why I never patronize this spot. From now on I will take the extra few minutes to go to the Starbucks by McDonalds.

Although I’ve visited this particular Starbucks many times, I have yet to go inside. I always visit the drivethru. The location and ease of access is perfect!
I’ve never had to wait in a long line, ever. The longest line was me being the second car waiting. Ahh, I love Oakdale! It’s like a breath of fresh air! The baristas have always done a great job with that difficult raw sugar, making sure it wasn’t a pile of unmelted sugar at the end. The coffee here has always been fresh and hot. And every person at the window has been pleasant. And that says a lot, considering I haven’t had my coffee when I get there!

My friends and I were drained of the necessary caffeine we need to complete our day, but thankfully we stumbled upon this lovely Starbucks after our grueling long trip from the mountains. Fortunately enough, not only did I leave with my beverage made to perfection, but I left with a smile on my face from the friendly staff. Their friendly attitudes definitely improved my day. you never know when someone would need a smile from a stranger or two. The car ride was a bit uneasy for me due to receiving bad news, but the employees of Starbucks in Oakdale definitely made me feel better. Thank you so much. You guys really improved my solemn mood and probably have no idea.

S.O. and I were heading home and we needed something to wake us up… in comes Starbucks!
Got my usual road trip drink: chocolate java chip with soy frap and the S.O.‘s iced vanilla latte.
Friendly baristas… and yes, I agree with Drew P. — it’s a stop to stretch the legs and use the bathroom before the long drive ahead.

Another Starbucks — exactly like the rest, but when your on a road trip need caffeine and a potty break — it makes a good stop.
They hire the local high school graduate girls and service is fine. Coffee is marginal but it does the job.
