I definitely 100% recommend Cloud Nine Massage! Kelly is an amazing therapist and definitely makes my stress level in my back pain feel hundred times better when I leave every visit. Overall– below satisfaction.
First, their prices online are not accurate.
I booked two 70 min massages for a Friday at 630, Kelly called the next day and said we had to reschedule for Friday at 2. I called around but no other spa/​massage was available for 630, so we said 2 pm would have to work. I thought this to be unprofessional but I really wanted a massage so I let it go.
I informed Kelly my husband and I both like firm/​deep tissue pressure and she said that was no problem.
We arrive at 145 to make sure there is plenty of time to set up. My husband went with Kelly and I went with her assistant (Alexi?). My massage was nowhere near what I wanted or asked for. I asked several times for more pressure but she just couldn’t deliver. It was more of a Swedish massage. Also, from the time she started the massage to the end was only 60 min, not 70. I still paid for the 70, but it was so not worth the money. My husband said his was not fine, it I definitely left very dissapointed…

Kelly is an amazing massage therapist and a natural healer.
I have many issues with my lower back and I leave each session feeling like I have a new lease on life.
The Bio-​Mat adds the extra touch to the massage that I have not experienced else where.

Cloud 9 massage! Just had a 70 minute massage with owner Kelly Hughes. Wonderful relaxing rejuvenating quiet not a lot of conversation with soft soothing music. I could feel all of the stress and tension leaving body. I highly recommend a massage here for anyone. She has gift certificates available. Great Christmas gift. I’m going back soon for a facial!

My husband and I received a great massage from Kelly and her daughter Lexie. They both were attentive to our specific requests /​needs. We feel so much better. We highly recommend them.
