I’m in my mid 30’s and was looking for a guided fitness program to help me lose some weight, build strength and feel better. In the past I joined the gym, hopped on a treadmill and got bored after a while. The Max isn’t your normal gym, it’s better! Check it out for a one stop — one price, fitness, nutrition and mental health program. Everyone is approachable and friendly. The program isn’t rocket science, clean up your eating and commit to workouts but the community gives you a ton of encouragement. The instructors are top-notch. Try a class with Pam at 9am and you won’t be disappointed.

I’m a 45 year old man. who’s been up and down with health and fitness his whole life. Success followed by failure, wash, spin, repeat. The common constants that follows me when«success» leads in results,. is camaraderie, structure, and support. The MAX program(s) have that! It’s an «All-In-One’ system… where you go, exercise, learn, greet similar minded people, learn about yourself, learn about your nutrition, learn to grow into a successful version of yourself. It’s the people around, and the people that care about you and your transformation(inside and out) that I find guides most to «success» in the lives. I’ve never been one to like to exercise. When I went to school I had gym, that was pretty much it… over the years, I’d join an exercise place for ladies only start and stop and start and stop. Would do exercise videos at home on and off. Tried every weight loss program out there. Scale up and down… so of course weight and food issues… I just turned 50 in June and I made up my mind that I needed to get healthy. I started on my own with better food choices, but it’s a challenge by yourself(for me it is). A friend of mine heard about MAX and asked if I’d go and listen to what it’s all about. I figured what do I have to lose. I don’t have to join. Well, I Joined!!! and I am so happy I did. I’m only in my second week of the challenge and I can’t believe how different I feel. You eat real good nutritious foods. They help you with that. I now exercise 5 days a week.(Unbelievable for me… lol)…I’m not going to say I love working out. — Yet… But I am excited to work out. I love the support you get from everyone in your class. I now get up at 4:20a.m. for a 5:00am workout… that I’m doing that is AMAZING! Denise is GREAT!
