Went in to take a look at Tumblers. They didn’t have the size I wanted. I decided to look around. I saw they had the Nespresso coffee maker. Intrigued I asked how it works. The «lady» who assisted me could not figure out how it worked. She then said «oh, there’s a Starbucks just a couple doors down. It’s not like you’re really buying it.» With that attitude, she turned me off so badly, I proved her correct by walking out without even wanting to give them any type of business. Totally unprofessional. Will definitely not go back.
