The are able to do repairs on my Smart Car. Great repair shop.

These people took thousands for repairs of my Mercedes, and DIDNT fix all, that was paid to be fixed. I felt like they ripped me off, they were not appologetic when I told them that car still has problems. They just said… oh well… its expensive to fix it all… I mean after I paid several thousands already???
Its is very hard to find an honest Mercedes Mechanic… very hard… they know that you can afford to pay, and they take advantage of you .its a shame that they have to do that.
Charging top dollar for parts and putting used or purchased at cheaper price parts… charging for 5 hours of labor but really working an hour or two… How will you ever know how many hours they worked? They keep your car for a week and then you assume they been working on it this whole time, but… yeah right. Thats the oldest trick they do…
Where are all the honest people in this industry?
* One asked a Mercedes mechanic: «How come you even overcharge and upsale your own friends and family?»
Then mechanic replied: «If I dont overcharge my friends and family, how esle Im gonna make the money»?
They all crookes. Thats unfortunate.
It doesn not serve anyone any good to write a bad review, but my goal of doing that is to hopefully they read a few reviews like this and realize something, and change their ways, and try… just try to be a little bit more honest and feel guilty for ripping off people.

In the meantime, think twice or going there. 1 star, deserved for my experience with them.

As soon as I walked into their establishment I overheard being referred to as a «retail» customer. After explaining what my problem was with my car, Rick offered me a transmission fluid replacement, but with no guarantee that it would fix the rough shift in gear. Their mechanic said it would take him one hour to complete the job, but the estimate showed I was going to be charged for 4 hours of labor $ 500 plus parts! Hmmmm… Later on I found out that transmission fluid flash should never be performed on MB with over 100K miles. It would have killed my transmission completely. That is why Rick was insisting on no guarantees. I found another shop and had my transmission fixed. It works great now. I am glad I did not trust Autobahn.

I have been bringing my german cars here for over a decade. Porsches and now a Taureg. I trust them and that is the most important thing I can say about them. Also, they are VERY competent.
During the recession they took care of me when times were tough.
I sometimes think i drive german cars so I don’t have to switch mechanics.

I always read reviews and choose places based on the reviews. And once again, the reviews were right. I went to the shop for my Mercedes C230 2007 and I told my problems. They spent like 2 hours on the car, told me what needs to be done with very reasonable prices and they did all the inspenction for free. That day i walked out with $ 0 from the shop. I did not write the review till I went there again for the repairs that we talked, they fixed it and they delevered it at the time they promised. I liked the professionalism, price and the knowledge. They deserved the 5 star
