Foster Window and Doors, Inc

Experience was a disaster. Was told that since there was no showroom, the rep would have pictures if doors i could look at. I asked that i be called at least thirty minutes in advance of the appointed time since i wanted to let some friends know to help me select a design. The rep, Jim, showed up 20 minutes early without any advance notice and appeared clueless as to why he was there. He did not have any pictures with him. It was a waste of my and my friends time. He told me he could get me the names of some companies that could simply do some modifications of my existing door without my having to buy a new one. He would call me with that information. He did not and my guess is he won’t.
No showroom, clueless rep, unkept promises. Not a good way to run a business.

Great service! Called to have a handle on my window replaced (that had broken and I couldn’t shut the window). When I described the window and where I lived they knew exactly what part I needed. The service was fast (about 15 minutes) and the work was done perfectly. Another company i had called never returned my call and another never showed up. I will definitely out Foster Windows and Doors in my phone for future use!

My impact windows, installed by another company no longer in business, needed adjustment and some minor modifications. In spite of this being a small job, Foster was responsive, on time and thorough. The type of service one rarely encounters nowadays.

Great service owned by husband and wife team. The husband came out and helped measure my window. Then they cut the screen. I tried to install it myself but unfortunately I am going to need help installing so the fee for that is to be continued.
