IHOP

This place sucks. Can’t really say anything about service because we didn’t get any! The only thing good I guess was we got greeted at the door and seated. But a lady and her daughter who came in way after us at least got their drinks. We didn’t even get looked at. So we left after waiting for 30 mins.

This place is horrible. Service is super slow, and the food portion and taste is horrendous. Was hesitant about coming because I know they’re stingy with their food but this was freaking ridiculous. Stay away!

I can deal with bad service as long as I get good food. but to have bad service and bad food. its just not worth returning. The food was just off. My husband ordered the chicken fajita omelet which he gets all the time in other IHOPs and it was not good. the chicken was bland and rubbery. I ordered scrambled w/​cheese, ham steak and hash browns. The scrabbled didn’t come w/​cheese so I told the waitress so they can add some. When I got it back it was cold shredded cheese all mixed into the scrambled by hand. Not heated at all! The eggs due to that was just a mush plus it was very bland w/​no flavor at all. The ham looked like it had freezer burns and tasted weird. Like old ham. The hash browns were also very mushy. On top of all of that the waitress would never go by. We both needed a refill of our water and never got it. After eating owhat we could of our food we waited for like 15 mins and she still hadn’t passed by not even to give us our bill. So we just got up and went to the cash register to get them to find our bill so we can pay and leave. That took forever as well. Just a bad combination of bad service & bad food.

We went there on Veteran’s Day, and it was crowded, but that wasn’t the problem. First of all the service was poor. The servers and employees, and even the manager moved like snails. We waited almost an hour for a takeout breakfast order.
The manager, a small, gray haired lady, was behind the kitchen bar attempting to figure out the orders and cook with the two cooks back there. The two guys manning the registers didn’t seem to know which way was up. After about the first 20 – 30 min, a female finally showed herself as the hostess.
When we came in, there was a line of people seated in the miniscule lobby and many people standing around waiting to be seated. Meanwhile, the entire middle section of the restaurant was bare. No one had been seated at any of these tables, and they were all clean and ready for people to be seated, but because the hostess wasn’t in her spot, no one was being taken care of. The two guys manning the register were trying to hop between the register, the hostess’s spot, grab food from the kitchen and wait on the people already seated. They didn’t have the time to seat anyone.
I said we were taking takeout because half the restaurant was not even full, and they seemed too disorganized to get people into seats to be served. I had to go back up to the register 30 minutes after we had placed our order and demand to know why we were still waiting for TAKEOUT.
By that time, about half the people sitting in the lobby were waiting on takeout orders, and there were more people coming in. When the hostess finally appeared, she did seat a few people, but the takeout people were still packed in the lobby taking up most of the space waiting for their food.
When I went and inquired about why it was taking so long, I stated that if they simply had one chef doing all the cooking for the takeout, then their lobby would have been emptied already for the people just coming into the restaurant. Since there were three people attempting to cook (mgr included) one should do just takeout orders, since they were so busy, and the other two man the in-​house orders.
One of the guys manning the register agreed with me, saying, «Thank you.» He had commented earlier that it was like it was a Sunday, because it was so busy. Well if this is how they handle and organize their service when its busy, then Sunday is no different from the massive state of disorganization I witnessed there today, and the (piss) poor, snail flow of the service we received. Lousy service.

It seems the 2014 reviews for this restaurant are pretty consistent — bad service.
Decided to grab some breakfast with family on the way from an event. Saw the IHOP on the corner and thought «I usually have good experiences eating at IHOP in other cities». Decided to pop in — but it will be my last time dining at this particular one.
Upon entering, they were not too busy and we were given a table. Our waitress took our order and left. We were given silverware that looks like it was run through a dishwasher but still had leftover food on it… When she returned, she placed our drinks on the table (some of which splashed up) and left without any remark. I didn’t think critically of her behavior quite yet.
She came back with our food and again placed it on the table without saying a word and left. From this point, we never saw our waitress again to give a refill, check on how we like our food… nothing. She decided to speak negatively about us to another group a couple tables back… but i digress.
The food was decent — just the typical smokehouse sausage and eggs. Nothing unusual at any other IHOP.
I had to stop her, as she intentionally walked past us 6 – 7 times, to ask for our final check. Once again, she got it, put it on the table… and left.
We picked up the check and walked it to the front to pay in cash — left.
Will not be returning.

In the area for work and starving and on a special diet… I had to wait a little bit to be seated but the place was packed with families since it was a Saturday. My waitress was very helpful and friendly. After I explained what I could eat she suggested the veggie omelet. To my surprise it was very tasty! The spinach was fresh and cooked to perfection. I the fruit was also sweet and fresh. Glad to know that in a place with so many carbs and sweets I was able to keep my diet.

Eh. I didn’t have slow service like everyone else seemed to have, but it sure was indifferent service. I saw my waitress twice, once to take my order and once to bring my order.
We were never offered refills and I got tired of waiting for my check so I had to go to the front to pay. There was only one other table so I could definitely imagine that the service would be even worse if there were more tables.
The food was also just eh. I don’t go into an IHOP expecting greatness, but the fries were undercooked and kinda gross. Kinda hard to mess up French fries. Won’t go back to this location again.

Horrible, slow, really slow service. Waited 35 minutes 2 get 2 bowls of soup… that was cold when it arrived. There were only 2 other rables in restaurant who were already eating, so being too busy was not the problem. Omelette was bland, nasty, and cold too. Gross. Bad service. Nasty food. We won’t make the mistake of coming here again!

I walked in and there wasn’t anyone to seat me. A loud voice from the right said «just sit down wherever you want.» So I did… the place was not busy at all. I wanted to sit next to the window in a booth. So I chose a booth… it was not cleaned. Finally after asking another waitress to clean it she did with an attitude. She also brought me a menu… I asked for coffee and another waitress who was apparently assigned to My table brought it to me. There was No silverware or sugar. When I asked for sugar I got another grimace. She then went to another table and began talking about me (obviously people she knew because she sat down)…laughing and pointing. This is Just a place that needs to be on that show Undercover Boss.

This place is slow!!! Don’t here of your in a rush. The food on the other hand is good and fast it’s just the wait staff who’s a little off. They literally will be staring you In the face and forget that you need a seat. #Truestory

No complaints. Quick service, in and out within 30 minutes. It was not bad, but also not good. I had the banana and strawberry french toast. It was decent, but very small. Our waiter was very helpful, and speedy. I have had better, but i would not expect more from an IHOP. I was pleasently enjoyed. Just a quick stop when on the road for a long period of time. Overall decent experience!
