Very disappointed with the service you probably have to beg them to come to the front of the store. If you’re currently going somewhere else it’s probably better than this place unfortunately because it’s very close to my house.

LOST SHIRT, ignored several attempts to resolve it.
My brand new Lacoste shirt never returned from its maiden visit to their shop. It obviously presented an opportunity for someone inside their workshop since it was not labeled with a bar code. That, however, is hardly the worst part. They ignored repeated calls, and whenever I reached them on the cell phone they said they would check and get back with me. They never did. I reached the cell phone again and they said they did not have a Lacoste shirt for me, but said they would check again and get back with me, and again, never did. I left several other messages, once again ignored!
I used them for three years because of the convenience of having it delivered to my job, and for some time my only minor complaint was that they would be late with delivery. That was a small annoyance, but hardly something I could not overlook. Sadly they chose to lose a customer of three years instead of communicating with me. I will never use them again, and I will make sure all my coworkers and friends know my story.
