I didn’t poke around or come in with the intention to shop, though I will say the selection seemed nice. The smell wasn’t too bad. I wanted to sell some women’s blazers(Lauren Conrad… three simple pieces). I understand that the nature of this business is that they cannot always buy, and they’re not necessarily going to be compelled by any or every thing you bring in. I walked in and very politely said I was curious about the selling process and was immediately shut down. End of conversation, walked away from me, no further attempt to engage or even an apology or «thanks for coming in.» Just pointed to the racks and said, «See, I’m full.» Again, I truly get that you sometimes have to say no, and I’ve never written a lukewarm or negative Unilocal review before, but I feel the need to because running a business requires a certain amount of customer service(and simple manners!), even when the customer’s needs can’t be met. It’s not that my pieces weren’t purchased; it’s that I felt very«put in my place» when they weren’t. Hope this can be addressed.

Lidia has always helped me for any event I had to attend. She has impeccable taste and style. It is so wonderful to have her input from the outfit, jewelry, purse, down to the shoes. Fort Lauderdale women are grateful to have her and her delightful shop.
