Some people just have a bad day apparently by reading those reviews, I’ve been with Skip Thompson for probably 10 years and have referred neighbors and businesses to him and I’ve never had a complaint. If you miss an appointment just call your guy and reset your appointment and for whoever thinks they quoted a different price you should had that taken care of before they walked in your business or home.

Unprofessional employees and owner, Skip… With the exception of Sam (he actually is very informative and honest) Poor service, sloppy and ineffective. Its also all the more reason not to use a company that does not care about why you want to end your service, rather the owner just hangs up on you. Surprised they have been in business as long as they have!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The owner of the company Skip Thompson is a rude and unprofessional person! Several no show appointments by his crew and then accused me of not being their for an appointment he never made! I would look elsewhere!
