Staff is very incompetent and over the phone if you ask for anything you will go insane with how slow they are to comprehend even basic requests. The dental work is third world quality at best. The staff is very nice, but Unilocal is right on the money. You will end up spending so much more money getting their work fixed than you ever thought possible. Avoid this dentist at all costs!!!

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. My second visit to this office was scheduled today. My first visit I was told I would need «special cleaning» to the tune of $ 400. I trusted the provider that this was needed (my first mistake). After paying for services my insurance did not cover, my gums hurt for almost two months post periodontal cleaning.
Today I was scheduled for a regular 6 month cleaning. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time, and then without as much as a look in my mouth, I was told by the hygienist that I would require a more extensive cleaning now that I had the other procedure done last time. She was quick to show me how much I would pay, and when I declined and requested the standard cleaning covered by my insurance, she scoffed and said «well I guess I will just note in your chart that you are non-​compliant!» She stated that I had a treatment plan that required further special cleaning. This «treatment plan» was never discussed with me at last visit and no explanation was provided as to why a normal dental cleaning was not sufficient (again, no one even looked ilat my teeth).
Being a medical provider myself, I was extremely discouraged by this treatment and left the office. I never saw the dentist and no attempt has been made to contact me since I left. There are plenty of reputable dentists in south Florida, no reason to choose this one. Visit at your own risk. I will be finding a new one, best of luck to anyone else in my situation.

I was referred to Dr. Trainor by two friends. When I went to her for my 6 month checkup, she insisted that I needed a deep cleaning (extra cost). My two friends that referred me were told the same thing? I was also given 8 xrays that I told them I had just had taken at my last 6 month checkup and would have them sent to them. The cleaning I received from Dr. Trainer was poor and she did no scaling to remove plaque. She made me sign a form saying I was refusing the deep cleaning that she also forced on my two other friends that went to her. I ended up with a $ 225 dollar bill for the xrays that my insurance wouldn’t cover since I had just had a full set done 6 months prior. I would NOT recommend Dr Trainer to anyone. She only has profit in mind when it comes to patients.

Kept me waiting for 1 ½ hours and saw her for 1 minute when she told me I needed X-​rays. I had to leave — she charged me for an office visit.
