24 Hour Mail Boxes

my new favorite place for all my mail needs. this lady is so sweet and really does try and save money. She actually told me to put my package in a priority envelope because it was cheaper than the way i packaged it! i saved more than a dollar thanks to her! also open to 6pm during the week… cant beat that.

I have been coming to this tiny storefront and it is a great find. All the services of a regular post office and never a line, and its usually easy to park too. The woman who runs it has always gone out of her way to be helpful too. Just be sure to have cash or a check. no credit cards accepted. Also I think she closes from 1:30 — 2:00.

Have been going here to mail packages. No lines, easy to park. A huge time saver and very friendly. Soooo much better than the post office! Just remember– no credit cards.

I picked this mail box rental service because it was equal-​distance from my daughter’s preschool and home so I figured it would be convenient. I’ll start by saying that the manager is super sweet. I like seeing her smile when I catch her there. However, «24 hour mail» is a misnomer. You have to pay extra to get 24-​hour access to your mail box otherwise it’s «7 hour mail boxes». The hours when you can pick up packages (10 – 5 weekdays, 10 – 2 Saturdays) are inconvenient for working people. I am a stay a home mom and I still have trouble getting my packages. She is often late in the mornings. I waited 30 minutes once morning and still no-​show! Don’t even try to grab your packages during a lunch break because it will likely be closed for lunch too. This is frustrating for a busy mom like me. I think I’ll have to route my packages home and just use this service for regular mail. Oh yeah, it’s a cash-​only establishment.

I agree with JD, but would add: easy, always available street parking (albeit metered, but at .25 per 15 mins, well worth it); excellent security (key pad for after hours or weekends) and they are open on Saturdays (from 9am to 2pm). Great value and for businesses, a Broadway Address looks good.

If you need a full service mail company that goes above and beyond what the Post Office would do, then your search is over. Lily is not the warmest person in the world but she knows her stuff and gets the job done. She is efficient, frugal with YOUR money and does an excellent job. They have 24-​hour access so you can pick up your mail anytime day or night. The thing I value most is knowing there is always someone around to sign for my packages and/​or certified mail which saves me both a trip to the Post Office and endless time waiting in line to pick up one measly letter. That and I NEVER have to put my mail on a vacation hold. She has all the supplies you could possibly need for FedEx, UPS and USPS. She’s a one stop shop and you’d be crazy to go anywhere but here. The only complaint (if you want to call it that) is they don’t accept credit cards however, it has yet to be a problem since they accept checks (I know, I know who writes checks anymore but it is an alternative).

Lily is a nice lady. she gives me a great service. I love this post-​office.
