New owner took over The former Lady Bug Nails three months ago. Went in on a Friday to get a shellac mani and a regular pedi. I was the only one there for about 15 minutes, until another lady arrived. The manager, Lena, who was doing my shellac simultaneously with someone else doing my pedicure, went to go help the lady. My pedicure finished and I still had unfinished nails. I spoke up to say that I was in a bit of a hurry and needed to go. By this time, I was there for about one hour. She quickly stopped helping the other lady to finish my nails. Turns out the color on the color chart and the bottle was mislabeled, so it was the wrong color. She told me to come back and she would redo my nails with the correct color. my pedicure was just so-so. I came back the next day, Saturday, there was one other customer, and Lena helped me. She was very nice and accommodating. I asked to have her add a rhinestone embellishments, and she did. She didn’t charge me for any of the service, saying that she was sorry the color was wrong from the day prior. Again, a very nice person Who made sure to make the customer happy. I will be going back.
